A woman who was struck by a bicyclist last month has died of the injuries she sustained in that collision. Reports indicate that the biker ran a red light, thus putting him at fault for the collision, and potentially liable for a wrongful death suit. Beaten Giants fan shows signs of improvement


The family of Bryan Stow, the San Francisco Giants fan who was severely beaten outside Dodger Stadium, say he has been able to slightly lift his arm and leg and respond to some directions. Stow suffered brain injuries when he was attacked after the Dodgers' home opener in late March. San Francisco General Hospital says he remains in serious condition. Read More
