A Los Angeles Man recently sued motorcycle brake manufacturer after suffering serious personal injuries in a highway motorcycle crash. The motorcyclist alleges that the accident was caused by a defective motorcycle brake lever which he purchased from a Los Angeles motorcycle parts store called Cycle Trends.
Two California motorcycle racing gear manufacturers were recently sued by a Motocross racer who was allegedly injured when a neck brace failed. The motorcyclist filed suit in Los Angeles County last week alleging that he sustained serious and permanent personal injuries due to a defective Leatt Moto GPX neck brace manufactured and distributed by Leatt Corporation and Cycle Gear Inc.
In our last post we discussed a fatal accident involving a motorcyclist who was being chased by a car driven by his ex-girlfriend. Although the motorcyclist was able to escape injury in that crash, two Merced County residents did not survive their motorcycle accidents earlier this week.
